My 90 Day Challenge

Countdown - 90
I'm giving myself a 90 day challenge to get back to my goal weight. I've been floundering for a variety of reasons. Currently, neck and back pain and a stressful work schedule are hampering my progress. Today I will be at a wedding reception and tomorrow eating out plans with friends will make it a hard time to get started on this challenge. But there is never an ideal time to start. My goal is to evaluate each day how I'm doing and what I'm learning as I seek to pursue three disciplines: spiritual, diet, and exercise. On July 1, I plan to be at 175 pounds.
