Hi again everyone,
Another thing that I have found in my research for doable workouts with pain.
First one are free videos on Youtube from the channel Yoga TX
They have amazing yoga session for beginners and some specific to help with different types of pain, knee, neck, back, etc ...
They really go slowly and explain really well all the movements and how to do them properly.
The only downside I've found is that they don't always use prop (blocks, straps, etc ...) to help get to the movement but it is something that you can do for yourself if you are use to doing yoga or have used props before.
If not you can check out Curvy Yoga on Youtube as well and also on her website.
I love her explanations of some of the movements and how to use the props to help build up our bodies to get to the full movement one day.
She has some exercise explanation to help you build your own little set or some complete workouts that you can just follow.
In the same idea I've recently found the channel of a massage / posture therapist and I really enjoyed some of the quick stretches and warm-up he offers to help release some pain in our joints during the day or during activities.
His videos are also on Youtube and free to watch.
Finally if it's something that you could be interested in there is a 12 at home session available for download for Tai Chi for people with arthritis.
They start pretty slow but they are explain thoroughly and are slowly building up your body.
They are not free sessions though they are sold for about 30$. Just so you know.
Oh and a little disclaimer here I'm not being paid, sponsored or anything to talk about these resources. I just wanted to share my finds and trials and errors so that people don't have to go trough all the same things I did before finding something suitable for them.
So anyway here is the link to the website for the Tai Chi session :
Wishing you all a great day, success in your journey and fun in your workouts.
