Morning!!! Just ran 3:26miles on my treadmill. I felt awesome after I was done. I feel energetic and happy to begin the day. What was your workout for this morning? Hope everyone has a great day. :)

Hey...Spark People has become my support groups, for you see I am a recovering grease-holic. Yes, it is true if you can "fry it" I can "eat it".

Seriously moderation is a very important key to being successful in our journey. One day at a time....Look for small victories...Look for non-scale successes.

Spark People research has found that people who get involved in social teams tend to be more successful in their efforts.

I want to personally invite you to join the "SparkPeople's Official Healthy Habits Challenge Team" at: there you will find others that will support you in your journey and you will be able to help others as well.

Oh by the way...have you ever tried Fried cardboard, don't have much favor but a nice life today.

Vanilla sky 15 I'm not a morning person either but I found that when I do some type of exercise in the morning it makes me feel better through out the day. 30 to 40minutes is a great Walk :)

I've been doing a 10 minute kickboxing routine in the mornings. It really gives you a surge of energy first thing.

I am not a morning person, so i just walk the dog and push excercise for later on. Well walk is 30-40 min in good pace, so i am moving. But i dont track it as i consider it activity.
