One month down.

Yesterday was one month since I re-began my weight loss journey. I am down 16.6 lbs, and lost lots of inches! The first couple weeks, I was going to an awesome cize class at the local community center, which was so much fun! And then, a little over 2 weeks ago, I cleaned out the spare room in the basement and turned it into a home gym. My first love is weightlifting. It feels amazing to lift heavy weights and feel strong. I am currently following a 'back to fit' program from bodybuilding.com. I also recruited my boyfriend to work out with on this 4 day split. We have a few more weeks of this program, and then I already have us set up for the next one! I am ultra motivated! I started a new job (temp) doing clerical work last week. I bought a new lunchbox, the Jaxx brand, and it's awesome, it has a blender bottle, 3 two cup containers, 3 one cup containers, an ice pack, and a supplement container. It fits all my meals, supplements, protein shakes, so I don't have to worry where I'm getting my lunch or compromise something unhealthy going in my body. I'm on the right path, excited for every day, and determined to succeed. This app helps me on a daily basis, I log every single thing I put in my body, keep my progress up to date, get motivation and support from fellow members, search nutrition info, and much more! I can do this!
