I'm feeling good about the changes I am making. For the last two days, I got in over 10,000 steps. My goal is to go for a walk on lunch every day for at least 30 minutes. I also want to either walk or bike ride when I get home. This week has been a little crazy, so haven't managed the evening walking, but at least got a good bike ride this weekend.

I need to add in strength training, I know that is important to build/maintain lean muscle and help me not lose lean muscle with the weight loss.

Positives:
My pants are loose :) I'm wearing one pair today that used to cut me in the waist but isn't today.
I feel really good about getting my exercise in and posting it for the 5% Spring Challenge.
I love seeing my spark tracker all lit up because I met my goal.
I feel better with eating better, and it is getting easier to spot the healthy choice rather than just grab what is quickest.
