Just 3 weeks ago we started a Family and Friends Biggest Loser Challenge. The first week everybody lost weight, and the second week only one person gained. I was asked to spearhead the challenge. I was more than happy to take on the job. I'm know to participated in multiply challenges at one time. I set the ground rules, collected money and weight of everybody that's participating. I created a grid board to keep track of everyone's progress. Well, on Monday afternoon, I received a text message asking if we could skip this week weigh in, because of the holiday. I said, "No". Event are going to occur many times through out the our lives, we just have to learn to make the best choice of what foods are available. So, I thought about for a few minutes, then I sent out a group text, "Anybody that doesn't want to weigh in has to contribute $5 to the Winner's Pot". They decided to weigh in this week instead of paying the $5. I just want them to realize your going to have daily, weekly, monthly and yearly challenges. You just can't stop, because of it and remember moderation along with exercise to find that balance.
