March 28 report

Hi folks, not a bad day overall. Very sore though.
Let's get to the report!
Diet- not bad. Managed to get fruits or vegetables in each main meal. Almost had a banana for a snack, but it had already gone bad. :( Dinner was homemade general tsos chicken. Not very healthy, but probably better than take out. I did hold off on a snack today after the banana situation, which was not wise
I was shaking while making dinner, so I had to reach for an emergency pretzel snack to get the energy back.
Fitness- this is where I kicked butt today. Jogged/walked this morning... Mostly walking right now, but it's a start. That was the start of the day...about 20 minutes. Then, I danced for an hour... Then I did yoga (or attempted to anyways) for another 30 minutes. I'm feeling it now, and dread tomorrow!
Overall health- I'm okay today. I've been getting reflux more often lately, but I hope to reverse that with weight loss.
Family life- pretty good. Hubby and kiddo went back to work and school today, and everything went as expected for both of them.
Home stuff- changed my sheets today. We were using heavy blankets due to the cold, but now that seems to be gone now, I switched us to lighter sheets. I also did a bit of yard work (tree pruning) until it started thundering loudly.
All in all, I'd say today was a good day, even if I am a bit sore!
