Starting over March 28th 2016

I've already done a whole blog about this but unfortunately the mobile phone Gods decided to crash the app before I posted it so, I'm going to try to do this again but make it brief. Over the past few years I gained back all the weight that I've lost and then some. I haven't weighed myself in last couple of months but looking in the mirror I don't like what I see so my new plan of action is to exercise at least 5 days a week and trying to cut out sodium and sugars and then when I start to see an improvement in the way that I look in the mirror again, I'll go ahead and start weighing myself again. My current plan of action is to do about three hours of exercise on Mondays including jogging dancing and yoga. The rest of the week will either be jogging or doing a bit of strength training in the little bit of time I have before work. If I'm feeling up to it after work then maybe I'll go on a walk. In the past I've had success by jogging on a regular basis combined with the South Beach Diet. After about a month of both and not seeing any progress the the weight started to melt off. I'm hoping to recreate something like that now. I know my plan needs a bit of refinement but I figure as things go along things will get easier to determine what can and cannot be done. As far as blogs I've had success logging on a daily basis but I don't get on my computer as much as I used to anymore especially after work. So my goal is to do a a basic rundown of the day at the end of the day so people know how my diet and my exercise are going along with other things: like my family life, my work life, my health, my life between me and my husband. I feel like health is more than just diet and fitness it has to encompass everything in one's life so that's why I'm hoping to incorporate the tangent aspects of my life as well. I might not do a long long post like this but I might do something like "my diet was good. My fitness was good. Husband and I had a great day. Kiddo's doing great. Did a lot of cleaning around the house. " Thank you for reading this. Since I'm doing this on a mobile app the grammar might not be that great but I appreciate your time.
