day 10 of my juicing journey

Wednesday, March 23, 2016

Today went a lot better than yesterday. I got up and had my lemon water and made my first juice so I could have breakfast. Then I made two more juices that will last me the rest of the day. Went out to shop for my next 5 days of juicing. By the time I got home it was time for lunch. I was invited to a Fitbit challenge today so I went out for a walk before the freezing rain started. Then home to make the rest of my juices for the next two days. That way I can focus on my walking instead of fussing around in the kitchen. Two loads of laundry. A donation bag on the front porch for CP tomorrow morning.
I hit my goal of 10000 step. I made it out of the store without any Easter eggs!! So far I don't know if the juicing is having an impact. After all I didn't get this way in 10 days so I am not going to feel fantastic 10 days in. Patience...

Just curious. What will happen when you go back to eating food? Will the pounds you've lost return with a vengeance? I just believe that slow and steady works better long term than a quick and fast way to lose weight.
