The next time you need to go grocery shopping, take a moment to write your list of food items. Start with anything good and healthy that you know you and your family will enjoy eating. Whether you need to lose weight or not, I have listed some good and bad food choices to get you started on the right track. NO --------------- White sugar White bread Mayonnaise Butter Sweet bread Candy Cake Chips Sodas Processed frozen food Aspartameý ý (It's in almost all chewing gum and in diet. sodas and diet juices. Watch out and do your research people. Don't get everything that is in your face.) YES ------------- Water Fresh & frozen fruits Fresh & frozen veggies Nuts & seeds Brown rice Lean protein Less than 10 sugars...Healthy cereals Whole grain bread & pastas Remember: Life is full of surprises and sometimes they aren't pretty. Cavities Gingivitis Diabetes High Blood Pressure High Cholesterol Colon Cancer ------------------ You get the point Need I mention more.. Better to be safe and stay away from the bad kinds of foods that will damage your arteries and clog them, than to be feeling guilty after you ate a certain 'bad' type of food. You will have to work harder to lose the excess calories and help your body stay on the right track. So take action in your life NOW! Put an end to your bad habits from 2015 and make a healthy change today.

    I usually make s list and follow it most of the time. Haven't bought pop in years. Anything sweetened with processed sugar is just too sweet for me now that I rarely eat or drink that stuff. Thanks for sharing the tips :-)

    I was sick in 2014 with my cholesterol so bad and almost I have a Diabetic too I was so scared so the doctor never gave me a medicine only I start diet eat healthy I changed a lot of my grocery for my family.

    I changed my mayonnaise light don't eat all the time and I just to eat less Carbohidrate I can't eat a lot rice,pasta,tortillas,bread those whole wheat but still Carbohidrate 😟
