The next time you need to go grocery shopping, take a moment to write your list of food items.
Start with anything good and healthy that you know you and your family will enjoy eating. Whether you need to lose weight or not, I have listed some good and bad food choices to get you started on the right track.

ý (It's in almost all chewing gum and in diet. sodas and diet juices. Watch out and do your research people. Don't get everything that is in your face.)

Less than 10 sugars...Healthy cereals
Whole grain bread & pastas
Life is full of surprises and sometimes they aren't pretty.
High Blood Pressure

Need I mention more..
Better to be safe and stay away from the bad kinds of foods that will damage your arteries and clog them, than to be feeling guilty after you ate a certain 'bad' type of food. You will have to work harder to lose the excess calories and help your body stay on the right track.
So take action in your life NOW!
