The freedom to run around a school's track and have the opportunity to use an outdoor gym is the greatest thing ever. I don't take it for granted. I spend time focusing on stretching my body and listening to what it needs and what it doesn't. Sometimes I plug in my earphones and start jamming out to my fav. music while jogging in rhythm. This me-time helps me really fine-tune myself and focus on what's ahead in life-my future and the future of my family. I believe that there is always room for improvement and that is why I choose to go at least three times a week. This is also the time I use to pray and listen to God's voice. He is my guiding light, my safety is secure when I follow His voice. He is my driving force.
