Yesterday my workout netted 27 Sets, 208 Reps for 13,890 Lbs (6.95 tons).

Today the 2-Compound movements are Block Pulls & Kneeling Landmine Presses.

Isolation exercises are T-Bar Cable Rows, Reverse Flyes, Bent Over DB Lateral Raises, & Lat Pulldown.
