Feeling Discouraged

I have been tracking honestly what I've been eating most of the time. I have been working really hard at the gym but still I lost all of the progress I thought I had made. I thought I had lost 4 pounds when I weighed in last week but I those results didn't stick.

    Nothing that's worth it comes easy! Take it one day at a time. Perhaps you should only weigh every two weeks...if the number is bothersome. Hang in there!

    Look at other benefits besides the scale. I bet you will find some good ones! Also, are you eating enough calories. I often have gotten into trouble when my calories have been too low. Wishing you success on your journey.

    Remember that you may have gained muscle mass. Weight will continuously fluctuate between water weight, muscle, and fat. Don't be discouraged. It's an ongoing process where you may see results differently than just a number on a scale.
