Meal prep

This weeks meal prep in photo: BBQ style chicken, corn, beans, broccoli, brown rice, hard boiled eggs. Just recently started doing Sunday food prep, and while it takes 3-4 hours all told- it has been great during the week. I freeze some of it that I'll eat later in the week, and each day I grab my lunch or dinner, and am done with eating and cleanup super quick, making it easier to fit in exercise and other priorities
