I try not to eat after 7 no snacks or anything. Just water but its hard not to eat something

    I've tried not eating anything after 8pm but the fact of the matter is, this just doesn't work for me. You have to find out what works for you and do that. If you get hungry after 7pm then find and prepare healthy foods that you can have and not feel guilty about eating at arms length

    Try eating some food you really dislike, maybe that will work. Dr. Atkins use to say we never binge on hard boiled eggs, but it is always some thing with SUGAR or STARCH like cake, cookies, ice cream, etc.
