spring into summer challenge

My goal will be 1.5 pounds a week. That will put me into onderland at the end of the challenge. Oh I so want this to happen!
I now see what happens when you let stress eating take over. It is hard to get back on track and to get rid of the extra pounds you put on. I went up to 224,7 this past week and did get it back down up still up from last week. A month into this challenge and I have lost .4 put at least it is down some and I hope to be in better mind set this next week and that I will start to see the pounds go down. THIS IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF MY LIFE! Time to take that big step of being in control and not letting stress be in control!
