Monday, back on track

I did not get to report on Sunday. We had a family get together. There was very little at the function that was really healthy for me. I tried to stay more with the raw veggies and dip. I ate a few nuts and I did have 2 sausage balls. I was able to pass up the chips and dip, the rich desserts. I did eat one small chocolate candy.

Today, I am working on my planned meals and I will be back on track. I am sure that as I get further into the program, I will be able to go to something like Sunday and not worry. I do know that you best eatting plan is to not deny yourself of something you really like or want, just do it in moderation. You cannot stuff yourself every day with high calorie foods, but denying yourself occassionally will completely destory all of your efforts.
