I have done insanity max30 two days in a row so far and feeling pretty good about it. Tonight I am going out to eat and very worried about going over my calories after getting back on track yesterday. I will try my best!!!

    Find out the menu for where you are going. Look at calorie counts before you go and plan what to order. Start with a salad without all the extras and divide your entree in half before you start eating it. Say no thanks to the bread

    Just eat slowly and enjoy your meal. Listen to your body, it will tell you when it's full.

    Learning how to eat out was one of the best things that I did (with help from my Sparkfriends). Now I can do it, without stressing too much.
