So most of my life I have been an active person. I am recently learning that I need to be even more active and am trying to figure out how to fit this extra stuff into my life.

I walk an average of Seven miles a day at work, which is really good. But apparently.... in order to jump off this plateau I need to add other activities because my body is now use to walking this much. I am exhausted when I get off work at Ten PM and don't feel like doing much other than falling into bed and passing out.

I need ideas for new ways to add just a little more action to my "regular" routine that wont kill my body.

Lady where are you and what are you doing at work to walk 7 miles emoticon geez. Hope you are doing well.

PS. Miss Serena is back on the page. Still need the body motivation and I can not think of anyone better.

You're body is probably used to the walking. Have you looked into interval training? I love bicycling personally. It burns off many more calories than walking while being easy on your joints.Good luck to you.

Get a beginner yoga DVD. Great stretching before bed and in the morning. Yes, yoga can make you sweat.

That's hard. If you feel up to it, why not put some music on and dance.
