STUCK IN A RUT, PLEASE HELP

So most of my life I have been an active person. I am recently learning that I need to be even more active and am trying to figure out how to fit this extra stuff into my life.
I walk an average of Seven miles a day at work, which is really good. But apparently.... in order to jump off this plateau I need to add other activities because my body is now use to walking this much. I am exhausted when I get off work at Ten PM and don't feel like doing much other than falling into bed and passing out.
I need ideas for new ways to add just a little more action to my "regular" routine that wont kill my body.
