Off the plateau

Weighed myself today. I'm down to 165. I haven't been in the 160's in YEARS. So happy to see that number, b/c I've fought with 170-75 for over a month. Up, down, up, down. It just wouldn't budge.

I admit to getting discouraged, but I never quit eating healthy(ier) and walking. B/c of a hernia, I cant do much strenuous, bendy-twisty exercise, but I made sure to walk as much as I could. Having neuropathy in my feet means that at around 8000 steps, I'm done most days. Still, I did my best, and slowly but surely, it paid off.

Sure feels good.
