Bootcamp - Week 2

I got through Week 1 of the bootcamp videos and did the required 30 minutes cardio daily - some days more. In fact I actually enjoyed it most of the time. A sense of achievement more than anything. Loss? ZILCH
Not even an ounce or half and inch.Disappointing and truly I can't see why - I've moved a lot more than usual and I have stuck close to my lowest calorie allowance every day - even on my birthday treat days. I've also cut down on wine consumption.
I know everyone will say that there'll be a change eventually if I'm patient. I know that's true but I'm not long on patience. However there's no point in complaining so I'm just getting on with it and determined that I'll do what I have to do to see a difference.
and I WILL do it.
I've even borrowed the pub dog again!!
