Bootcamp - Week 2

I got through Week 1 of the bootcamp videos and did the required 30 minutes cardio daily - some days more. In fact I actually enjoyed it most of the time. A sense of achievement more than anything. Loss? ZILCH emoticon Not even an ounce or half and inch.Disappointing and truly I can't see why - I've moved a lot more than usual and I have stuck close to my lowest calorie allowance every day - even on my birthday treat days. I've also cut down on wine consumption.
I know everyone will say that there'll be a change eventually if I'm patient. I know that's true but I'm not long on patience. However there's no point in complaining so I'm just getting on with it and determined that I'll do what I have to do to see a difference.

I've even borrowed the pub dog again!! emoticon

    Keep on, you will get there. I did, remember. It wasn't huge losses over the 4 weeks, but loss none the less. I know it I hard to stay motivated when you don't see results right away. Just keep on and like I found, it has now created a habit of getting my workout done each day. And with that, over time, will come the results.

    So proud of you! It takes time for our bodies to respond to change. Been there and yes, we have to be patient. Too funny about borrowing the pub dog! You must take a pic of him for us. emoticon Would love to see your new walking buddy! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Good luck. Maybe it takes longer than a week. Besides maybe you gained muscle and stayed the same. Hang on there it will come.

    Good for you! I noticed your fitness minutes mounting up more rapidly and thought- she's on a roll!
    Proud of you for staying the course......................you WILL see results, it just takes a little while.
