Still here! 21.5 BMI and hovering 15-20 lb above my ideal weight (18.6-18.9 BMI.) I recently regained about 2 lb, due to eating too much and eating the wrong foods. My sweet tooth is my nemesis! I am also eating way too much dairy (mainly Greek yogurt, but also ice cream and cheese.) Just a quick analysis of recent trends shows that I need a serious course correction. I continue to exercise religiously, so that is going well.
I have 3 new goals:
1. Cut calories. Stay under 2000 calories on exercise days and under 1700 on non-exercise days.
2. Eat less dairy, no more than 400 cal per day.
3. Limit desserts, sodas, jam, syrup, and all other sweets to 300 cal per day.
I think planning would help me get to these goals. I have been stress-eating and eating haphazardly, instead of according to a plan. I do not like strict programs, because I like variety. However, I really could benefit from planning ahead. More raw and steamed veggies. More home cooking. Wish I enjoyed cooking more. :-/
