Thoughts on my 7 day challenge

It's the end of my 7 day challenge to eat at home more. I was not as strict as I initially hoped to be due to wedding commitments but I still ate at home a lot more than usual. I tracked most of my meals on spark or in my planner. I also kept on myself about working out this past week. This was apparently the combo I needed to knock some weight off. I lost 4 pounds last week and I didn't ever feel deprived or upset. I'm going to extend my challenge to myself for another week. By my wedding in October I have plenty of time to reach my goal.
