Must remember the gym

All this week had been terrible, feeling down, hating my job. I did some short workouts when I could. On Friday, which was the 'the worst Friday ever' as one coworker put it, I went to our big gym after work to de-stress. Tired myself out. And then... Once I got home, I had the energy of five women! What?!! I felt so great! I think my poor body was missing the regular exercise. Which is my point. I guess it doesn't matter whether I mentally look forward to going on any given day... My body needs it, so I need to keep returning.
