Hard work is paying off!

I have been following my eating plan and working out and had been losing weight in tiny little spurts. Today I weighed in and it was -6.8 lbs! I just about fell off the scale with happiness. What have I done different?
Not a lot, except I added 2 BodyPump classes a week to my rotation. I had definitely neglected the weights. It was pretty cardio heavy before.
I feel pumped and ready to start killin' it this week!!!
