Today has been a stressful one. Work is just kicking my butt right now, feel like i have no neck because my shoulders are so tense lol. So glad its friday and payday so i can atleast pay all my bills and feel somewhat accomplished. Diet wise im still kicking a$$! ive made alot of smart decisions and have turned down going out to eat, ive been lowering my portions, not eating when im bored, and only eating till im full where as i used to eat till i couldnt breathe. still havnt gotten to the whole working out thing, but im going walking/jogging this weekend so atleast ill get 1 day in! Ive marked off about 4-5 things on my to do list so thats really helping me accomplish my goals and form good habits! Also my Fitbit has reminded me to get up and walk more often even though its just a few steps, and ive even started dancing around the office alil to bump up my heart rate and calories burnt. Im not gonna weigh again until probably monday and i might measure again then just to see if anything has changed.
