So this time I want to share an amazing resource that I've found and that has helped me build up my strength training program without doing crazy things like we see in so many DVD's, in the gym, etc ...
They are simple yet effective exercises targeted for the elders, but that I find to be really good for the younger ones like myself who are dealing with some pain and things like that.
You can simply visit the website and you'll be able to find a couple of lists of workout and even download the ebook for free that shows multiple exercises that target either the upper body, lower body etc ...
Each one is described in steps on how to do it with pictures and a short clip to show how the movement is suppose to be done.
I really love this and I love that they took real people that looks like you, me, etc ... to show how to do the workouts.
