Back on Track- No Drinking: Day 1

I'm too scared to weigh myself, but I'm guessing I've gained 30-35 lbs over the last 2 years. I have GOT to get my butt in gear now so that I can enjoy life.
One habit I've picked up is drinking wine. It really lowers my inhibitions and causes me to snack and overeat in the evenings. So, since I'm having difficulty going back to how disciplined I was before, I'm going to focus on just one goal at a time. So my goal is 30 days- no drinking.
Eventually I will begin weighing myself again but I'm just not in a good place, psychologically, to do that right now.
