Didn't do too bad for my cheat day. I stayed within my calorie range and I had an awesome workout today. Spin class and worked my upper half with strength training. Tomorrow is water aerobics again, and working my legs with strength training. I'm going to start working on getting more steps in each day. Decided to start making infused water. Loving it so far, so much better than just plain water. Today I got my boyfriend to start taking vitamins! Now to get him to do some exercises with me when we're both home with nothing to do. Maybe with all the healthy eating we've been doing, his cholesterol level will go down. I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.
