Day 180: 3/9/16: 37 Days to go

Today I have lazed around the house for much of the day, taken a brief nap and didn't go for a walk outside. I am ok with this, I needed rest, I am still planing on doing my yoga tonight so I will burn some calories just not be working on my distance like I had planed. I also ate three meals of not as good for me food. I try most days to only have one meal where the food is not as nutritional as it could/should be but today none of my meals were particularly "Balanced" or "Healthy." I know that no food is Evil or Bad for me I just usually spread out the less nutritionally dense food with better for me options. But tomorrow is a new day and I have half of it planed out already so I don't think that I will fall back into the old patterns that made me a 350lb Beauty. Now that I have crossed down into the under 300 club I want to stay there so I will not let Easy Pizza
, or a Whole bag of Chips
defeat me. I will Exert my will power and only consume the amount pre-planned and in my trackers.
