February results & March goals 2016

Looking back, I'm not sure what happened in February as I didn't manage a loss at all. I did learn my A1c had crept up & I ended up starting a new medication for my diabetes that I'm hoping will help me get better control of my sugar & help me also to start losing a few #s.
March begins with my weight of 183 but it's a month of new changes I plan to make --- FOR ME.
My goals for March are:
*Continue my daily water intake of 10 cups daily
*Focus on 5-6 servings of FREGGIES daily
*Strive for 8 hours of sleep each night
*Monitoring my BS more closely, checking 2-3 times daily
*Adding walks in my day, will start with short 10 minute sessions & build up from there
*Continue my PT which includes a workout on the recumbent bike & knee strengthening exercises
*Lose from 183 to 178
Time to get myself back on track.
