I am 25 lbs down of the forty that I wanted to lose. It seems I do well for four or five days, then slide one or two (this week three). Boy, can I feel the difference in my mood and physical health. This week is classified week at school so there are tons of goodies everywhere. I am being good about drinking water and mostly avoiding caffeine. I am honest with my logging food and exercise so that part is good. Hanging in there and cheers to everyone who is not giving up.
