More sorting and dare to lose

The highlight was going to Dare to Lose tonight. We had Meg and we did ST and cardio.
For fun at the end we had to do wall sits in a row and pass a ball down the line and then pass it back up the line by passing it under our legs to the next person. We did the up and down the line 3 times. Definitely could tell it was a long wall sit.
The contractor is to come tomorrow to start on the shower.
We have the bird channel.

    The cat looks so much like Finn, only Fin has a little white on his nose. Good workout, hope you find a good gym where you are moving, and it is as good as the one you have now.
