Here I am again. Before things get out of hand, I have decided to return to Sparkpeople.
I know it works. I've reached goal before and hopefully can do it again.
What I have learned is counting calories is what works.
Probably like me, we say I really don't eat that much, but unless we know how many
calories we are taking in, in a day, is what really matters.
I'm not a person that is hungry all the time, but I do crave something sweet after I eat.
I have eaten 2 pitted dates. (60 calories) for the sweet after I eat.
Wish me luck. Because here I go again.
It's the calories in those sweets that are high in calories. That is my weakness.
