A start.....for the 1,382 time...

I met my goals for yesterday. I rode my bike for 10 minutes. I had a huge to do list and when I got home it was so nice that the boyfriend wanted to go for a ride in the jeep. We ended up being gone for over an hour and a half. Whoops. I had all these things on my list and one of the them was my 10 minutes on the bike. I could have made an excuse not to do it since I had so much to do. What would have happened the day before? I would have done the other things on my list and then been too worn out to workout. This time I worked out first. It's only 10 minutes! Sure, there were things on my list that ended up not getting done, but I got my workout it. I also drank 64 oz of water. AND I made time to cook a healthy lunch for the rest of the week. Yay me!
Today, 10 minutes on the bike, 64 oz of water, no food or pop from the vending machine. I got this.
