Last week was a bit crazy with not feeling well, funeral, doing a direct sales party, and extra school bus runs. This week I'm trying to get back on track yet again. I'm just glad when I weighed in today that I had not gained any weight. I stayed the same as before. I'm going to try walking more throughout the day along with my water aerobics 2x a week, spin class 2x a week, and the strength training I've been doing. I want to lose the huge roll above my waist. That's my biggest goal with my losing weight. Also want to have lost 25 pounds by the end of the second week in August. I want to go shopping for a nice dress to wear to my middle son's wedding.
