One month in!

So I have been back for one month now.

I have lost 14.2 pounds so far.

I have started back using bodyspace as well as here. Until now my exercise this time has been very limited. I have found a workout plan to follow for the foreseeable future using dumbbells and the equipment I have (until I have acquired what ever else I need). I start this new plan today!

I have to adjust my calories upwards. I have been having trouble filling out my calories day to day and I would like to avoid negative effects of eating too little. It helps that I have defined very long term workout goals, so that I do not feel the need to be totally transformed in a unreasonably short time. Of course I still have short term ideas of where I want to be, but rushing my overall body change will only lead to disappointment I'm sure.

So now that I have my exercise daily planned for the next several months, I am going to tackle getting my food planned the same. It is a huge goal of mine to not have to constantly overthink these kind of things- If I have already planned my meals, exercise and have prepped food on Sundays; if my health becomes routine then my time is open to commit to other goals in my life!
