Today was my 4th time to the gym and even though my body is killing me, every morning, I'm seeing that my endurance and resolve to go are just a little higher, every time!
I feel really good, when I get out of the gym. Walk for 30 minutes to the gym, treadmill for 15 minutes, do my line workout (3 sets, 15 reps), 15 minutes on the treadmill and walk back home. It's tough, but I know I can do it! :)
