I read recently that a goal is not a goal, unless it's written down....
Okay, so here are my weekly goals for this week:
1. Do a total of 45 mins of exercise each day which can be done in smaller increments (no excuses)
2. Get my taxes done. (removing a stressor)
3. Keep a food journal. (being aware)
