28 Day Bootcamp

Motivated by a new Sparkfriend - who has waded straight into this Bootcamp - I've started the 28 Day Bootcamp for the second time as a means of upping my exercise regime - sorely needed. I feel constantly guilty - if that's the word - about my general inactivity and unwillingness to move much during my days. I force myself to do exercise - and then spend too much time lolling on the sofa. Need to stop that and I'm hoping that following the Bootcamp videos for a month may change my habits a bit. Remains to be seen but assume that giving it a go is better than not trying at all.
