28 Day Bootcamp

Motivated by a new Sparkfriend - who has waded straight into this Bootcamp - I've started the 28 Day Bootcamp for the second time as a means of upping my exercise regime - sorely needed. I feel constantly guilty - if that's the word - about my general inactivity and unwillingness to move much during my days. I force myself to do exercise - and then spend too much time lolling on the sofa. Need to stop that and I'm hoping that following the Bootcamp videos for a month may change my habits a bit. Remains to be seen but assume that giving it a go is better than not trying at all.

    emoticon That is inspiring to hear Sonia! I Need to do some changes of exercise. That bootcamp is hard, so you be careful. If you can't do what is on the video, do some modification of it or march in place. They instruct you to do that on the instructions for it. I had to do that quite a bit, since I can't do lunges or get on the floor. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Yay! Good for you. I know you can do this. I remember that first day being hard also and an eye opener of how much I wasn't moving. Like you, I can just sit in my chair and do other stuff and not get up but this last month has help me change all of that some. You can do this!!!
