slowly but surely

so I guess I've lost three pounds. not too shabby.
I have noticed, however, that my cardiovascular and muscular endurance has increased exponentially! I'm able to bike 11 miles in an hour now without my legs feeling like jelly, and I'm becoming better able to ride up hills without worrying about having an asthma attack.
My point is this: I don't care if I lose inches or pounds... I just want to run and not grow weary.
so far so good!
now, if only I can get eight hours of sleep a night and stop going to bed at 3, 4 in the morning...
