feeling quite blah this morning. Went over my calories last night and this morning I have a family brunch to go to. Going to be quite tough staying away from all that carb filled food like wAffles but if the scale doesn't start moving soon I may give up. My friend and coworker had just started eAtig healthy recently and has already lost almost 20 pounds and she barely even worked out. Here I am counting calories and busting my a** everyday doing p90x and the scale won't budge. Am I jealous? Yes! Unfortunately yes. Wish I wasn't but I am. Hope next week to see some movement in the scale.
