Attention my low carb friends - jalapeno cheddar muffins!!!

These turned out amazing.

The base for the bisquits comes from "The Primal low-carb Kitchen" If you are going low carb - I recommend this book.

What I did...

4 oz of cream cheese
1 egg
2 cups of sharp cheddar shredded
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup water
4 green onions chopped
2 Jalapeno peppers chopped

Use a muffin pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350.
