Moving on

I have completed one successful week of unlearning an old lifestyle and taking on a healthier way of living.
Stayed within caloric intake goal 6 out of 7 days
Met my calories burned goal
Logged eating and exercise every day
I went from 167 lbs. to 162.5 lbs.

HUGE success!
Went out to eat at a mexican food restaurant twice and did NOT eat one chip either time. That is amazing! I did have tortilla soup one of those times, but I didn't fill up on chips before my dinner arrived.

My energy is up and I don't feel so tired all the time. I am finding I am sleeping better, too. My fibromyalgia seems to be getting whipped. I am without symptons!!

I feel confidant in navigating the site and moving on to the next level of this diet. I am moving on...
