February wasn't that great for weight loss but that's okay. I maintained my January loss of 7 pounds. I was trying new things but decided that I really needed to get back to the basics of what I did when I first lost 90 pounds before regaining some of it. I went back and read my old food logs and blogs and started to feel less overwhelmed by everything. I know what works for one person will not work for me, so I need to trust my own plan and stick to it!
My March goal is to lose 8 pounds total. I've already lost 1 pound so I'm off to a good start. =) It's my time of the month (TMI, sorry) so I am hoping to see the scale drop more once it's over since I always hold onto water weight around this time. Sometimes the scale says I am 5 pounds heavier! I don't let it mess with my head though since I know what the deal is. I'm sure the scale will be kind to me next Friday, which is my weekly weigh in day. :)
Anyways, I hope everyone has a great weekend. I'm off to get some dinner!
