Weight Gain Has Motivation, Too!!!

Recently, I fell off of my goal plan's path. I've lost so much weight in order to tighten up for my wedding, I felt I deserved a week away from all the high pressure healthy eating and doing my daily exercises. As a result, I have gained 6 pounds and am even further away from my goals. So, my fiancee (the single most amazing and supportive man in the world!!!) took me to the mall for some "shopping" to "cheer me up". As we were walking in, I saw the recently opened gym and instantly felt guilt, as I knew I wasn't doing all I could to keep to my weight loss plan. While he went shopping in a store for new shoes, I went to the gym, took the tour and signed up for free for the first month. It's been 4 days, I've gone 3x and I'm going, today. While I may have fallen off the wagon, the point is to get back on. We all may hate eating healthy and having those cravings, but I want to do this for me. For my health. For my children. For my fiancee and the wedding. I have 16 months to do this and I can!!!
