i have seen a lot of posts about fit its and how great they are and I love mine but recently I've noticed I have become a little obsessed with it. I am focusing more on the challenges and who I'm up against then what I really need to focus on which is my overall calorie burn. I think It might be holding me back on my weight loss a bit. Maybe I will take a break from the challenges and see how I do.
