Getting focused

Today I changed my goal weight and time allowed to accomplish it. I changed my food groupings as well, to realistically reflect what needs to happen to get there. I have recently decided against taking a 5 year medication that has side effects, which means I must reduce the estrogen in my body another way; hence, lose fat and eat more broccoli! Onward to the goal!
