Broke My Plateau!

After 3 long weeks, I just broke my plateau. My problem was I wasn't consuming enough calories. I was never hungry on my low carb high protein diet, but it was impossible to lose weight on 700/800 calories per day. By Spark tracking everything I ate daily, I was able to see the error of my ways. I'm still not consuming the 1800 calories per day I'm allowed, but each day I'm increasing and getting closer. Moral: Eat your daily allotment of calories.
