Happy dance !!!
My DH has decided to join me on this quest to drop some Lbs and adopt a healthier lifestyle :) He did a few weeks of package diet foods , lost some weight but the food was gross. I lost more weight then him in the same time period and he decided to join me on Sparkpeople instead.
Been tracking...losing...just started excersiseing purposefully... Long walk yesterday... 20 min on recumbent bike today..not alot but its a start so I'm pleased..lost 12 lbs the first month which is super considering I was away 2 weeks and eating camp style ( lots of carbs offered little vegies) It's much easier to make good choices at home when I'm preparing my own food.
Still battling homesickness. Kinda tough being the NEW person. It was nice being back on home turf for 2 weeks but its almost prolonged the settling in here...
Plus side , I've been reading books that have been on my ' someday ' list :)
